Description
Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), a company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 and owned by the Government of Pakistan, invites bids from eligible national firms for prequalification of firms for provision of travel services under an open framework agreement for a term of three (03) years.
Procurement shall be conducted based on National Competitive Bidding through the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
Interested and eligible applicants may download the detailed prequalification documents from the EPADS v2.0 portal or JMC official website.
Applications, prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the Prequalification Documents, must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal on or before **23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM (PST)**.
Applications will be opened electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal on the same day at **11:30 AM (PST)**.
Manual submission of applications shall not be entertained.
